Demountable twin disc cutters with counter-rotating blades allow the underwater drone to cut through rope, discarded fishing gear and possibly light cable. We will be posting tests on this within the next few weeks.

A Blue Robotics Newton Gripper will retrieve objects, attach recovery lines, or free a snagged tether.

De Litter Bug Grappling Hook_edited_edit

The grappling hook detaches and has a 200 kg breaking strain line 50 metres long with a float on its arm, so that items can be hauled in without the ROV being further involved.

The electronics hatch allows for easy access and quick repairs on the go without losing downtime. A separate hatch for the battery makes it very easy to swap batteries-Blue Robotics Lithium Polymer Battery (14.8V, 10Ah) can also be transported on aircraft as carry on.

Cerulean DVL650 keeps position and stabilises the underwater drone.Cerulean Sonar OmniScan 450S  “paints” the image of the scanned area of the sea floor giving excellent situational awareness in the murkiest conditions.
